#731DAYS: An Experiential Narrative, Milestone and Performance Activation
CLIENT:
Lagos State Government
Project Overview
The Governor’s second term offered a unique platform to showcase governance that is focused, impactful, inclusive, responsive, innovative, and humane, even amidst complex challenges.
Rather than rely on routine speeches, ceremonies, or press releases, there was a clear need for a purpose-driven, immersive event that would engage the audience, leave a lasting impression, and communicate results through experience rather than words alone.
ARAMANDA EXP was tasked with conceptualizing the event, managing guest relations, and ensuring seamless coordination, transforming the anniversary into a strategic, experiential showcase of leadership in action.

WHAT WE DID
ARAMANDA EXP crafted a Tripodal Events Strategy centered on three pillars: Scorecard Leveraging (highlighting achievements), Milestone Communications (showcasing ongoing initiatives), and Promise Marketing (presenting future commitments).
As part of the experience, we designed a state-of-the-art media centre with immersive environmental branding, enabling ministers to present accomplishments effectively during briefings.
In collaboration with the Governor’s Chief of Staff, we curated a strategic guest list that included the Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) and key stakeholders for the State of the State event, ensuring meaningful participation.

THE RESULTS
We also delivered strategic and creative branding for the ministerial briefings and the Governor’s State of the State address, marking the conclusion of a 731-day tenure. The event engaged VIPs, including the diplomatic corps, traditional rulers, and investors—turning the showcase of governance into a high-impact, experiential narrative of Lagos’ achievements and vision.
To extend the experience beyond the venue, we produced video promos for top-of-mind awareness, leveraging programmatic ads targeted at carefully built audience personas to reach a wider yet precise demographic.
While media coverage was secondary to the experiential goals, our strategy, executed with our PR partner, ensured daily media engagement. Cabinet members and departmental heads were assigned dedicated sessions to present achievements, share data, and engage in Q&A with journalists, enriching the discourse around the THEMES agenda and reinforcing Lagos’ story of performance and progress.
