The Lagos State Government sought a deeper, more meaningful engagement with residents and stakeholders in the Lagos West senatorial district. While a traditional town hall meeting was the initial idea, the real objective was to create an interactive platform where citizens could openly express concerns, connect with their representatives, and feel truly heard.
ARAMANDA EXP reframed the experience.
Rather than deliver another conventional government town hall, we designed an elevated, emotionally resonant engagement, one that blended accessibility with prestige. Our concept introduced style, warmth, and a regal simplicity, transforming the forum into a globally aligned civic experience that felt inviting, dignified, and unmistakably world-class.
The result was not just a meeting, but an experiential civic conversation, a space where governance met design, and citizens met their leaders in an environment that honored their voice.

WHAT WE DID
In collaboration with the Office of the Governor and the Ministry of Information, we curated a strategic guest list to ensure robust attendance and active participation from a diverse spectrum of stakeholders. Every element of the event was designed and executed to align seamlessly with the town hall’s objectives, creating a meaningful and engaging experience.
Our logistics and venue management transformed the event into a frictionless, immersive encounter. From streamlined registration to precise technical execution, we orchestrated sound, lighting, seating, and flow to ensure attendees felt comfortable, engaged, and valued.
The Balmoral Hall at the Sheraton was carefully selected to provide a space that was both welcoming and prestigious, perfectly matching the town hall’s goal of fostering open dialogue in a world-class setting.
