Project Overview

With the creation of the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy by President Tinubu’s administration, Nigeria has entered a new phase of intentionally positioning its arts and culture ecosystem as a high-value economic driver. Having laid the foundational structures for sectoral growth, the Honourable Minister sought an immersive platform to directly engage key stakeholders around her flagship initiatives. Aramanda EXP was tasked with conceptualizing and designing a high-impact experiential forum that would convene industry leaders, investors, and cultural influencers. In response, we proposed an Investors’ Roundtable, a curated, experience-driven engagement designed to attract and onboard investors into the arts, culture, and creative value chain. The Roundtable would serve as a dynamic showcase of investment-ready opportunities, an interactive space for exploring the sector’s economic potential, and a powerful environment for enabling meaningful connections, strategic partnerships, and long-term, sustainable growth across the creative economy.

WHAT WE DID

We convened a targeted group of high-value stakeholders and investors for the Minister’s Corporate Partners’ Breakfast, an immersive platform for presenting her creative economy growth agenda to the investment community. Our outreach focused on banks, financial institutions, FMCG leaders, tech innovators, and cultural ecosystem enablers, ensuring attendance from CEOs and key decision-makers. We developed the event’s visual identity, crafted the event overview, selected premium venue options, and produced both digital and physical invitation letters on behalf of the Minister. We managed guest relations, delivered venue branding, and provided full cinematography coverage. The hall was transformed with curated exhibition booths showcasing priority investment sectors, creating a hands-on discovery experience. We also designed a dedicated Deals Room to facilitate real-time negotiations and partnership commitments during the event.

THE RESULTS

We successfully delivered on all project objectives, attracting 165 high-value stakeholders and prospective investors. The experience drew 160+ quality attendees and generated 57 recorded investment interests. Through coordinated media amplification, with our PR partners, we secured 100+ media mentions, achieved 5.5M+ online impressions, and hosted 10+ media houses providing real-time coverage. The event became a major newsmaker, earning commendation from stakeholders and prompting members of the Federal Executive Council to request similar high-impact experiential engagements for their ministries.
